Maryland Masonic Homes is a historic continuing care retirement community for Masons, Order of Easten Star and their families. Perched atop one of the highest points in Baltimore County it has a commanding view of the land below. Known also as "Bonnie Blink" which means beautiful view, this community has 266 acres and provides all levels of health care to its residents. Majestic stone structures surrounded by sculptured grounds define the ambience of this community.

Having only 34 independent living units this project provides an additional 56 units while also including a "state of the art" wellness center. Taking advantage of the topography the lower level of the apartment building is a parking garage with over wide lanes and parking spaces to accommodate the senior driver. Above, on the main entry level, is a grand hall which is framed by apartment units and a wrap around balcony.
