Project: Senior Living - New Construction

A growing need for high quality and affordable senior housing as well as an Organization's mission to better serve seniors and the community-at-large resulted in an expansion to the National Lutheran Home and Village's (NLHV) Independent Living Program. Fifteen new Independent Living (IL) cottages were added to NLHV to provide alternatives for seniors with moderate income.

The new IL cottages wrap around a cul-de-sac with greenery paved walkways and sitting areas. They are two-bedroom triplex units with varying features that include a sun room, patio, and additional bathroom or powder room.

Hal Sachs was the Project Manager on this project while at a previous firm.
