LEED®

AMMON HEISLER SACHS architects is a member of the U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and we are working on a range of projects seeking LEED® certification.

Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, more commonly known by its acronym LEED®, is a critical standard to evaluate the success of a built project in terms of its impact on the environment.

At AHSa, we strive to make economical, social & environmentally conscious decisions to add the greatest value to our projects. With a constructive team of professionals, over 70% of whom are LEED® accredited, our group works with the various possibilities in design & construction, unique for each project & client needs.

Our services for environmentally cognizant design include:

• - Meeting the owner's requirements for an environmentally friendly building which creates a positive impact on the neighborhood and the occupants of the building.
• - Analysis and preparing project checklist required for LEED® certification process.
• - Assisting in team building for design and construction phases for all projects seeking LEED® certification.
• - LEED® consulting.
• - Project management for LEED® online documentation phases.

At AHSa, energy efficiency as a concept is not just restricted to our design boards but is also a part of our general work ethics & everyday life. Our office is 100% green power certified (meaning, we offset our conventional energy use with a cleaner wind energy source). We believe in reuse and recycle and are always trying to raise awareness of environmental consciousness in the community.
