AHSa was commissioned to design a shared tenant shell building for fast-casual restaurants Shake Shack and CAVA. The exterior design drew from each restaurant’s prototype standards, with the goal of creating a unified building that still maintained distinct identities for both tenants.

Interesting Aspects:

The design included outdoor seating, and a 17 car, two lane drive-thru for Shake Shack.
